Send the following information and documents to us:

When we have received all the necessary documents,
we send the customs clearance and we wait for information from the Poczta Polska.
Usually we get it on the same day.

After the payment has been credited,
Poczta Polska releases the package and hands it over for delivery.
You do not need to do anythink - Poczta Polska will receive
all the documents from us.
All you have to do is wait for the postman :)

Send us the completed and signed Upoważnienie and RODO files.
ATTENTION: these documents should be signed by the person who is the recipient of the package
REMEMBER: Upoważnienie must be signed with a trusted profile (Profil Zaufany). Alternatively, you can send the originals to us by post.
After receiving approval from Poczta Polska we send you
payment details for VAT and other taxes (if applicable).
You will receive detailed instructions from us on how to make the tax transfer.
The cost of our service is 199 PLN.
Remember, in additional to this, you will need to pay VAT and other taxes
(if applicable).
